Objective: Replace paper processes with an electronic record system to reduce clinician admin time and improve data quality.

Role & responsibilities: Managed vendor onboarding, created templates, trained staff, and piloted rollout in two units.

Process & tools: Electronic forms, standardized templates, training workshops, feedback loop for iterative improvement.

Outcomes: 25% reduction in documentation time; improved data accuracy for operational reporting. Visuals to include: sample digital form, training attendance sheet, pilot feedback summary.
